'Microstate fitting parameters' GUI unusable was created by Dan K.
When I tell Ragu to compute microstate maps, the “Microstate fitting parameters” window shows only a small part of the window. It cannot be resized, making it impossible to specify the parameters. (System details: OS X 10.13.4, MATLAB 2018b, current version of Ragu.)
This seems to be due to the placement of GUI elements. I fixed this by typing 'guide' in MATLAB, opening RaguMSParameters.fig, enlarging the window, hitting Command-A to select all elements, dragging them downward into the visible part of the window, then saving.

Hi Dan,
Sorry this took so long, there were some settings wrong on the site so I never got notified. I've worked on the GUI, and hope it does the job now.
